Here we are! The new permanent exhibition of the BELvue museum opens its door for the public on 21st of July and will let you discover all about Belgium and its history. Be there during the opening week-end!

We could not dream of a better date than the National Day to launch the completely new exhibition.  Come on 21st of July from 6 p.m. until 10 p.m. and be one of the first visitors to discover the exhibition! For the occasion there is free entrance for everyone. And you will already be in the neighborhood to admire the fireworks!

The opening activities go on during the week-end, with:

Guided tours!

A guide will take you on a venture trough the Belgian history in all its aspects: democracy, solidarity, pluralism and much more. You will know (almost) everything about Belgium after your visit!

A game!

The young people of the BELvue squad have developed a game for the occasion! Discover persons and objects from the Belgian history, be creative and showcase your artwork in the museum!

Those who like to play more can participate to a tombola and get a chance to win a cultural week-end in Belgium for 2 persons.

Pictures!

The BELvue museum tells you more about the Belgium of yesterday and the Belgium of today. Print your picture and make your contribution to the great Belgian mosaic. You will also go back home with a nice souvenir of your visit!

And…chips!

Saturday and Sunday you will get to taste real Belgian chips! You get a voucher for a cornet of chips together with your museum ticket!
